Prices include applicable taxes as per Sri Lankan tax regulations. Any additional charges (shipping, handling, etc.) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act of Sri Lanka, you have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused
• The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• The product is not a custom-made or personalized item
• The product was not damaged due to your misuse or negligence

6.2 Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or we made an error in the order.

6.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
